Randi Irwin is Collis, Griffor & Hendra’s office manager and lead paralegal. Randi holds an associates degree in paralegal studies from Wayne Community College and has been with the firm for more than a decade. Randi has a long work history in customer service and is committed to serving Collis, Griffor & Hendra’s clients with courtesy, respect, and the utmost professionalism. Currently, Randi is the backbone of Collis, Griffor & Hendra’s collections department and is highly involved with Collis, Griffor & Hendra’s largest clients. She has extensive experience in legal drafting, collections management, and client relations.
